usually hsv 1 is where you have cold sores,and its easily spread if you kiss someone with you having that cld sore,but you can also pick up either from bathroom counter tops,and surfaces as i have learned over my research,there are millions affected with this either one or two or both,i almost dont know i have it,ive had two breakouts in two years,and usually last a week,some may not be so lucky,only know what mine is like
